Note
• All items are single piece items only, meaning that no remake is possible unless the materials are available. If you are interested in remaking a design, please email me to check if it is possible. Full payment must be made before the remake order can be made.
• Reservations are allowed up to 3 days. Payment should be made within the 3 days time frame or the item would be put back on sale again. Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
• All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• For item(s) above SGD 50, there is free registered postage.
• For item(s) below SGD 50, normal postage is free and registered postage is at SGD 2.24. However, normal postage is not recommended as items may get lost during the posting process. Registered postage is recommended as Gemmes Jadein will not be responsible for any items lost during postage.

Payment Method & Postage
I accept any of the following payment method:
• DBS/POSB bank transfer to POSB savings account through ATM banking (email me for my bank account number)
• OCBC bank transfer to OCBC savings account through ATM banking (email me for my bank account number)

Item(s) will be shipped within 72hours upon receiving the payment & shipping may take 3-4 working days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email from me.

Shipping
• Please note that Gemmes Jadein will not be held responsible for delay of mail and lost/ damaged items during shipping.
• Goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• All goods will be securely bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during shipping and sent via SingPost.
• There are strictly no meet ups between the buyer and Gemmes Jadein.

To ensure that the accessories will be long lasting, proper care of the accessories is crucial. Please avoid direct contact with perfume or any chemicals. If you have washed the accessories, do ensure that you dry them thoroughly before keeping them in a cool dry place to avoid oxidation of the metals.

It is a joy to create beautiful things and an even greater joy to make others beautiful with my creations.

All the accessories are handcrafted with the utmost care and love, thus be assured that every creation is unique, of the highest quality and absolutely gorgeous.

I have created accessories for every occasion. It does not matter if you are looking for accessories for a party, a prom night, a wedding occasion, causal wear, clubbing, school or work, I am sure you will be able to find the accessories of your dreams at Gemmes Jadein.

Over here at Gemmes Jadein, emphasis is placed on producing high quality accessories. Hence, I have ensured that the accessories are made from high quality metal wires and parts. I use rhodium and 14K gold plated earring hooks, links and chains to ensure that the accessories will not tarnish easily. For the artistic wire creations, I used high quality tarnish resistant wire imported from America. Even the varnish used to varnish clay and porcelain flowers is imported from Germany and of a high quality.

I use Austria Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, Czech glass beads and semi-precious stones in my creations to ensure high quality and the best aesthetic results. Only these materials are able to give the brilliance and elegance which I value in my creations.

My designs are classified according to different themes. Do click on the different labels to view my creations. I enjoy creating designs with sweet pastel hues, lots of bling bling factor as well as having a combination of romance and elegance.
